Café Rouge restaurants offer traditional French cuisine throughout the day in boulevard brasserie-style surroundings. The brand is owned by Tragus Holdings which also operates Bella Italia outlets and reported increased total turnover of 14.4 per cent across its 160 sites to the year ending May 29 2005. |
