RED SNAPPER'S NEW PRODUCTION KITCHEN Carford Group is to fit out a new production kitchen for exclusive events caterer Red Snapper. The London-based caterer has provided catering at such venues as Victoria & Albert Museum, Old Billingsgate, Royal Academy of Art, the Wallace Collection and The Mall Galleries.
Director Damian Clarkson said: "We looked at another, less experienced supplier but Carford's Tony Perkins was not only affable, knowledgeable and patient, but also gave us total confidence from the outset. His recommendations from kit to contractors was invaluable. The end is result is a great kitchen and anyone visiting cant fail to be impressed."
