Equipment distributor Carford Group will show Zanussi's latest dishwashers and glasswashers with inbuilt water softeners at this year's Hotel and Catering Exhibition.

Zanussi Professional's market leading Active under-counter & hood-type dishwashers LS6 & LS14 are both now available with built-in continuous water softeners. 100% of incoming water is softened, eliminating scale build-up in the boiler and ensuring spotless crockery, glassware and cutlery.

Also on show will be selections from Carford's huge ranges of light equipment, cooking equipment and utensils.

Details will also be available of Carford's maintenance and 24-hour emergency callout service which is widely used to keep commercial kitchens around the UK running efficiently.
