The 23 metre long, S-shaped servery and bar included hot cupboards, refrigerated wells and bottle coolers. Kitchen equipment included Zanussi ranges, griddle, friers, chip scuttle, grill, combi oven, microwaves, refrigeration and cold rooms, plus Carford extraction and fabrication. Weststar Holidays operates three established parks, providing holidays for over 100,000 people each year. Its forecasted turnover for 2006 is around £14 million. The Parks offer high quality accommodation, facilities and entertainment and have all been graded as Four Star Holiday Parks. Carford will also this year install a kitchen and servery at Higworth Park on Hayling Island, which was bought by Weststar in late 2005 and is currently undergoing a £2.7m refurbishment to open in August 2006.
