Carford Group has designed and installed the kitchen at new Soho fine dining brasserie Arbutus.

Owners head chef Anthony Demetre and general manager Will Smith wanted a kitchen designed for maximum use of space, with plenty of work surface and storage.

Carford designed the kitchen around a bespoke Athanor cooking suite including plancher, solid top and oven. It also installed its own manufacture stainless steel systems and ventilation, plus combi oven, refrigeration, cold room and dishwasher.
