Carford has designed and installed kitchens at the latest four openings of Café Rouge in Glasgow, Birmingham, Liverpool (pictured) and Canterbury. Kitchen design was different at each site to maximise production and workflows and Carford fitted entire kitchens, including all cooking equipment, refrigeration and its own purpose-built ventilation and tabling systems.
Café Rouge is the UK's original and largest French café group with over 80 sites across the country. Its menu covers a range of French classics from croques and baguettes to steak frites and boeuf bourguignon. The wines are all French, many made by lesser-known regional producers. |
