The Carford Group has installed three more kitchens for Café Rouge - the UK's largest French café group - in London, Birmingham and Manchester. Full kitchen installations were carried out at the brasserie-style bistros in Dulwich, Harborne and Spinningfields, including cooking equipment and refrigeration, plus purpose-built ventilation and tabling systems.
Dorset-based Carford Group has fitted out a number of Café Rouge restaurants, including Cardiff and Tenterden earlier this year. With almost 90 sites across the UK, Café Rouge's relaxed ambience makes it the perfect place to mull over the morning papers with breakfast and a café au lait, pop in for a quick spot of lunch, or enjoy an evening dinner. Its menu covers a range of French classics from croques and baguettes to steak frites and boeuf bourguignon. The wines come from up-and-coming regional producers.
