Carford Group has installed new servery counters at two staff restaurants in the Chandlers Ford head office of B&Q, the UK's largest home improvement and garden centre retailer. The main servery in the staff restaurant features a "chef's theatre" where food is prepared in front of the customer and includes chilled cabinets, deli counter, hot surround plates and Baine Marie. Ferndown-based Carford also installed a second counter and a small kitchen - including convection oven, refrigeration, dishwasher - at Link House, a head office satellite site.
