Carford Combi Space Saver
Carford reckons it has the answer for kitchens in need of some sphisticated equipment - but where space is tight.
The new Angelo Po TAFMG will allow caterers to stack one of a number of other cooking modules on the top of a Angelo Po 4 grid combi oven. The stacking kit for the 4 x 2/3 Gn electric combination oven means that chefs can choose to have either open burners, electric plates, induction tops, infrared pyroceran ranges, electric griddles or a bain marie, fitted directly above the combi. It could mean a combi and boiling top in a 700 x 700mm space.

Caterers could use the combi with an induction top for a pastry area, or with a bain maire top in a banqueting finishing area. Or in a small outlet, it could be used as the primary cooking source. |
