Magic Contract Win For Carford

 14 Jun 2001

Alakazam! Commercial catering equipment company Carford won a magical order - installing a glasswasher and bottle-cooler fridge at the unique Magic Circle Headquarters known as the Centre for the Magic Arts.

The famous club's building, which guards 10,000 secrets - is now available for the first time in its long history as a corporate venue.

Carford's Cathy Wilcox said: "The Magic Circle building offers two very atmospheric function rooms and a theatre for conferences and meetings in the centre of London."

"It's also been called the most exclusive club in the world and you can only enter the building if you are a member or have been invited."

The Magic Circle was founded in 1905 as an association of professional and amateur magicians and students of the history of the art - and today has 1,400 members in over 30 countries.

The order was placed by London Catering Services, which provides venue management and catering services for the Magic Circle. For venue hire contact Sheila Rahmen on 020 7387 1533.
