Carford Demonstrates Latest Oven Concept At Exhibition

Carford Catering Equipment demonstrated a new combination oven - described as a new concept in accelerated cooking - during the Bournemouth Hotel and Catering exhibition at the BIC, March 21-22.

The Merrychef Evolution, which can cook a full English breakfast in 1.5 minutes, cooks single food portions in a third of the time of conventional combination ovens.

And because it contains its own filtering system, the oven can be used in any premises without air extraction, making it highly attractive to commercial caterers.

Carford gave away free food cooked by the Evolution during the exhibition. Also on the stand were some of the latest products from Zanussi and Foster.
