Catering equipment distributor Carford Group is to support the Salon Culinaire cooking competition at this year¹s Bournemouth Hotel and Catering Exhibition from March 8-9. Carford, which will also exhibit at the show, will supply Zanussi 4-burner ranges for each of the five cooking stations used in the competitions. The 2005 Wessex Salon Culinaire will be an addition to the Bournemouth Hotel & Catering Exhibition held in the BIC following its success at the Pavilion last year when over 200 chefs competed.
It will feature extensive live and display competitions for both senior and junior chefs throughout the country and will also be supported by the Craft Guild of Chefs and the Rungis Club (leading chefs from Dorset & Hampshire).
