Carford Group fitted the kitchen at the Brazz brasserie in the new Wales Millennium Centre.
Brazz in Cardiff is a combination of bar, restaurant, cafe, champagne bar and brasserie with 250 covers, and already holds one AA rosette for culinary excellence.
Carford was selected following its installation of Brazz Bristol and faced a totally unmovable completion date in time for a visit by HRH The Queen, yet finished comfortably within the 22-week build.
Brazz's Ian Fitzgerald said: "Carford had proved itself at Bristol and we chose the company again because of its pricing and understanding of our business. Its designers usefully provided various options and ways to reduce costs." |

Ian said: "We have some ambitious plans including a café and bar, private function space and live jazz every Sunday. We will be implementing our 'fringe' entertainment programme, working in conjunction with the WMC and using our experience from other Brazz sites to create a totally new, refreshing experience for all kinds of visitors." |

Kit Chapman described the Brazz concept as "...based on the traditional French brasserie, but transformed into a modern day British version with real panache - offering everything from a relaxing environment for a quick drink to a simple brunch right through to a full dining experience." |
