Branksome Beach - Poole
Branksome Beach has undergone an exciting refurbishment programme that has seen some superb improvements to the dining facilities, kitchens, views from the Terrace Bar and decor throughout the restaurant. The new-look restaurant re-opened on Monday February 4th 2008. With the kitchen designed, catering equipment supplied and fitted by Carford.

The installation features a new bespoked Chavet centre island cooking suite, manufactured in France, Angelo Po remote refrigeration and a Carford extraction system.
Chris Sherred (Carfords Project Manager) said " This project offered a challenge in fitting a centre island suite into a confined, restricted area, the overall results are stunning."

Brankome Beach general manager, Nadine Frost said "The transformation that has been made in such a short space of time is staggering.", she added "With the installation of the new Charvet kitchen, head chef, Steve Groves has enjoyed designing the new spring menu, which includes fantastic dishes like pan fried fillets of mackerel in a horseradish crust and pan fried calves liver served with bubble and squeak, confit of garlic and a caramelised onion jus."
