The Carford Group has been operating a service department for over 35 years, with years of experience and manufacturer training on a large range of catering equipment, we have some of the most qualified engineers in the foodservice industry. Carford directly employs over 70 fully qualified catering equipment service engineers across the country, so there is never one far away in an emergency.
Carford service operates 24 hours / 7 days a week to make sure our clients get the fast reactive service they need, which means minimum disruption to the kitchen and you won't lose out on covers during busy service times.
When you buy equipment from Carford, you can have peace of mind that should an issue occur, just one quick call to Carford and we can assign one of our 70 engineers to see you and get your equipment up and running again. As a company we try to cover as many manufacturer warranties as we can so you don't have to deal with subcontractors and we can keep full records of the equipment's history.
Carford carries the following trade accreditation's: Gas Safe, ECA, HVCA, Constructionline, CHAS, Safe Contractor and are active members in the main trade associations; CESA and CEDA, so you know your in safe hands using Carford.
All catering equipment needs to be regularly maintained to check the overall performance of the equipment and to check for gas or refrigerant leaks, please read the section under Preventative Maintenance Contracts for more information.
