The kitchen, operated by a staff of four, includes a coldroom, Gram refrigeration, Meiko dishwasher, Carford extraction and Zanussi range, grill and fryer.

"Carford was excellent as usual; we have worked with them on various projects over the last four years and I have known the company for around 15 years. The project was delayed by three months and Carford went out of its way to facilitate a smooth installation of the kitchen."

Its 76 acres of facilities include grass pitches for American football, baseball, cricket, football, lacrosse and rugby; one sand-based artificial pitch for hockey and one rubber-crumb pitch for matches and training sessions in most field sports; eight floodlit tennis courts; a pavilion with 24 changing rooms, bar and meeting rooms; plus parking for 240 cars. |
