Carford already handled servicing of kitchen equipment for Panasonic and was recommended to work alongside the main building works contractor by Panasonic.
Carford relocated various pieces of existing kitchen equipment and supplied a new dishwasher, cooker, oven, blast chiller, a more efficient extraction system and servery.
| The Deli Bar serves soups, jackets, snacks, hot meals, sandwiches, salads and breakfast and continues to be operated by a food and management service company. |  |
Deli Bar staff said they found workflows easier and more productive and there was a good working atmosphere.
