Following a flourishing partnership and successful completion of a recent project design consultants StuArts, introduced Carford to The Rutland Pub Group.

The old coaching inn required extensive renovation throughout however, as a listed property, the kitchen was confined to a very small space. |
Becki Davies, Rutland Pub Company MD, comments, "We needed to be confident that we were working with a supplier who would be sympathetic to the building and it's history as well as delivering quality catering equipment."

David Jackson, Carford Project Manager, adds, "When creating a kitchen in such a small environment the effective design and catering equipment specification is paramount. The kitchen needs to look aesthetically pleasing AND function at maximum efficiency."

At the heart of the new kitchen is an Angelo Po 6 burner range and a CombiStar combination oven that allow The Hare and Hounds to cater for both casual bar snacks and gastronomic delights in the dining room.
The new combination oven has proven instrumental when managing key serving times and functions.

Becki Davies adds, "The refurbishment has been incredibly well received by the local community and the pub is now the hub of social events. The refreshed interior and delicious new menu has also helped us attract custom from further a field and I'm delighted to announce that we'll be opening accommodation in March 2007 consisting of 8 stylish boutique rooms."
