| This environment provides special challenges to the cook manager Jayne Horrill and her ten catering staff. Hot meals are served from hot food service trolleys to the residents in their unit dining rooms. Dorset County Council selected Carford Group to design and install the generously-equipped kitchen that supports this service. The kitchen, which has a walk-in freezer room and Foster double-door upright refrigerators and refrigerated counters, is organised for maximum space around a central cooking area equipped with two Falcon 6-burner ranges, a double fryer, salamander grill and no less than four separate ovens. |
