Eton College

The Case

Eton College is a name synonymous with quality. The very standards they maintain are a reflection of the standards they demand. In 1986 Carford first began to work with the college by servicing its existing catering equipment.

Relationships developed when Carford was called in to refurbish selected divisions of the catering operations which led to consultancy on kitchen design and installation.

Soon after the first service contract was agreed.

With 15 different catering sites spread around the college, many in very old premises, and a growth in catering operations, there was a need to ensure quality and a degree of standardisation at each facility.

The Solution

As a manufacturer of stainless steel tabling and ventilation systems, and a major catering equipment supplier, Carford was able to handle every aspect of the refurbishment, new catering areas and service back-up.

The service contract has been expanded in coverage to include many of Eton College's catering divisions.

Carford has now undertaken five kitchen refurbishment's and two new projects involving design, supply, installation and project management.

The Result

The growth of Eton College's catering operations has resulted in changing requirements and increasing demands upon their suppliers.

Business relations have developed for 17 years and a high level of service has been maintained.

Carford have provided the necessary tools to allow Eton College to offer their customers a service that is reliable, functional and stylish.
